I just finished pumping iron, but I didn’t have my fitness tracker with me.
I did bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, and trap shrugs.
The boys and I walked 6000 steps this afternoon, and I walked 3500 solo steps this morning.
I did some raking and shoveling this evening, and I’m done with today’s activity.
I have lost my mojo with all this Central Valley California heat, but I’m determined to score at least 10,000 steps a day.
