I was fortunate to walk 4800 steps early this morning, because I injured the big toe on my left foot.
The Sierra Nevada mountains are behind deep smoke from a few fires.
I was moving some 45 pound plates around this morning and I lost grip on one plate, and it landed on my toe.
My foot has been wrapped in epsom half the day, and I can slowly walk on my left foot.
I hope a night of quality rest will give me more mobility tomorrow.
Thank you for the support
