I’ve been promoting hive on Twitter since the beginning of hive, and it’s usually videos of me doing push-ups.
Recently, I’ve been doing hundreds of push-ups a day for my #five5pushups. 50 push-ups for my 50th birthday, and 5 for $5 hive.

I’ve been so motivated to workout since I started my keto/carnivory diet, and the recent weight loss from diet changes makes doing push-ups much easier.
I started working out with a resistance band yesterday, and the band is a great addition to my strength and endurance training.
I did resistance band training this morning with push-ups, and my body is exhausted from all the pushing and pulling.
I had to go for a walk this evening to reach the minimum 5000 fitness steps, but I was a little short, so I walked through Walmart to score 5000 steps.
The moon looked so close to me during the evening walk.
