First off, I’m looking extremely creepy, but I’m not shaving my goatee or cutting my hair until i reach a few goals in my 50th year of life.
Spent all afternoon at my mom’s house, mowing lawns, weed whacking and gutter cleaning.
The boys were glued to grandma’s tv, so I did a little extra activity after finishing in the yards.
I think I did about 150 #five5pushups in mom’s yard, and I walked around her block a few times.
I feel really strong, but I’m sore from incorporating a few new exercises.
