The family and I drove to Pismo Beach this afternoon to escape the valley heat.
The beaches were too busy to walk, but we gained a lot of steps walking the pier and walking through town.
The baby did his first road trip, and he was only fussy for 10 minutes of the 320 miles of driving.
What a beautiful way to start the week
