The highlight of today's 30,000 step count was a ride to the neighboring town with the little guy. I fought the wind cycling westbound, and the little guy slept most of the eastbound ride.
The weather is amazing around here, so the bike rides are way enjoyable.
I did a shorter solo ride earlier in the afternoon to test a saddle adjustment.
I worked and walked in the backyard for over 10,000 steps throughout the day. Weightlifting, weed whacking and jumping included.
I scored around 10,000 steps walking and working around the house.
was out of the house for a few hours and I was at 25,000
steps when she pulled in this evening. I walked the nearby park for the last 5000 steps to score my desired 30,000
fitness steps for the first day of March.
I stopped and did pull-ups at the monkey bars during the last evening walk.
So happy for today's activity achievement.
I'm going to try for a 30k step count at least once a week.
I had a hard time sleeping last night and that is when I decided to attempt a 30k step count for today's report card. I started the activity day with a few laps around the park.
