Today was a hard day for accumulating fitness steps.
For whatever reason, I had a hard time standing up for a few hours this afternoon. I was very dizzy and had to lay down and take it easy for a few hours.
I thought maybe food would help, but a cup of coffee helped me back on my feet.
I had been reducing my caloric intake in recent weeks, and I'm thinking I should increase my calories.
I walked the park this evening to help get my step count up above 11,000, and I've been walking the house for the last hour.
