I needed an early morning wake up a few days ago when I walked 50,000 steps, but today I woke up before 4am, and I walked over 2 hours straight.
A rooster lives at one corner of the walkway around our large neighborhood park and he was silent in his cage.
I scored 14,000 steps before 6am, and I ended up going back to sleep.
30,000 steps was my early morning goal, but the whole house is sick so it was hard to get any quality activity.
I worked in the back yard a little bit and worked on a few bicycle parts.
24,000 steps seemed good enough after the early morning effort, so I solo walked the park until I reached 24,000 steps.
