So I wanted more than 14,000 steps for today's report card so I walked the neighborhood park to secure 15,000 steps.
I started the day with a walk through the swap meet.
I ended up buying a boys little bike for a few bucks. I actually rode it around the parking lot.
I did some heavier lifting today.
I feel good about a quality step count to start the Actifit week.
