The youngest boy and I traveled to the city and did shopping at a Home Depot and a Super Walmart.

The mangoes at Walmart are delicious right now.

I did a heavy 50 pound plate workout this morning and I walked the backyard. Gardening and watering gave me 2000 steps today.
