So I've been building workout stations around the backyard perimeter with enough room to walk the fence line between sets or to change stations.
I do rows every day and change from overhand grip to underhand grip.
I'm still struggling to gain serious steps because I've been working in the backyard, but I do laps throughout the work day to keep my step count above 10k.
The little guy actually wanted to ride on his radio flyer tricycle, and we walked the park one time for 1200 steps.
