Hello!
Throughout today, I dedicated some time to working out with dumbbells and a resistance band.
I did some exercises for my shoulder muscles.
After finishing my work at the computer, I went for a walk.
The walk took about two hours.
I spent some time by the river, contemplating the reflection of the sun in the water.
