Once again, I am sharing a post about a day of physical activity. Like yesterday, today's activity was not very productive and was mainly related to walking. Just like yesterday, I went on a small trip to get drinking water.
At around the 500th step, I filled my container with 9 liters of water and loaded it into my backpack. My first walk continued with the backpack on my back. Having the extra weight on my back, in my experience, keeps my body in better tone than if I were walking without any load.
My first walk ended with climbing stairs. I also tried to do pull-ups on the horizontal bar with this feeling, using a bicep grip. Pulling up turned out to be very difficult, especially the upper phase of the exercise.
Once again, I caught myself thinking that I don't devote enough time to my physical condition. With these thoughts, I conclude this report and wish everyone good health.
