It has been quite a while since I last posted about my physical activity.
I have been very busy working at the computer, but I still made time for exercise. I worked out at the outdoor gym and at home, but I just didn't have enough time to post updates. Also, I wasn't strictly tracking my activity on this tracker.
Recently, I decided to return to posting reports on my physical activity.
Today turned out to be a wonderful, active day as I visited the gym. I focused on training the main muscle groups. I did back rows and chest presses. I also paid attention to my shoulders and legs.
You can see some of the activity in the video.
After the strength training, I dedicated time to stretching and did a little yoga.
In total, I managed to score 8,000 activity points.
