Greetings to all health and fitness enthusiasts! Once again, I’m happy to share a report on my physical activity.
Since my day was packed with intense work at the computer, I only managed to find time for a walk in the evening. Throughout the day, I did some stretching during my work breaks and also performed some bent-over barbell rows to target my back muscles.
In the evening, I headed out to my favorite outdoor gym. There, I completed three sets with my working weight on the chest press machine—you can see the photos below.
I also took a shot of my hand holding one of the weights we use instead of a barbell.
After a good workout, I headed home feeling satisfied to put this post together.
