Hello everyone who is interested in a healthy lifestyle! I am happy to share with you a report on my physical activity for the day.
Yesterday, I went to the gym and had a fairly active workout for my back and arms there.
However, I completely forgot to post my report because I went to bed tired.
I dedicated yesterday's session to training my back muscles and mainly did lat pulldowns (cable rows).

I also trained my biceps there, doing barbell curls and hammer curls.
I also dedicated time to stretching my back muscles on this machine, a photo of which is presented below.
Today, during my gym visit, I focused on the exercise bike and the bench press for my chest.
After that, I walked a little and even did a short sprint when I ran a bit after a trolleybus.
That's how my day went, which I am very happy with.
