I love to walk and hike in nature, breathing in the fresh air and enjoying the scenery. I also enjoy jogging and running to get my heart rate up and improve my cardiovascular health
I practice yoga and meditation to strengthen my core and improve my flexibility, as well as to reduce stress and increase my mental clarity.
I also enjoy swimming and cycling, which are low-impact exercises that are easy on the joints but still provide a great workout.

I believe in incorporating physical activity into my daily routine, such as taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking to work or school, and doing household chores like gardening and cleaning.
