Hello guys am new in Posting in actifit hope u guys like my sport activities
I am a lover of sports because I love to keep my body fit which is why I jog and run in the streets every Sunday
I also gym but I started gymming recently
When I heard of actifit I saw it as a means to share my growth with people and encourage others to do the same
A fit body is can last a lifetime
