I am fine. You have noticed that i have become active in steemit again. But i had forgotten actifit. But while checking blogs i find actifit is alive yet and doing great. So i have come back in actifit again.
Today the weather was very hot,so i was very tired. Today i helped my mother in work. Again 5001 steps is not a big deal. Again i walk one room to another,by this i made 5001 steps today. Will try to increase this daily.
