Today was a productive mix of errands and light exercise! I started with a brisk morning walk around the neighborhood, clocking in about 2,000 steps while enjoying the fresh air. Then, I headed to the grocery store, weaving through aisles and loading up on veggies that added another 1,500 steps. Back home, I tackled some housework: vacuuming, organizing the closet, and a quick dance session to my favorite playlist for fun, pushing me to 4,000. Finally, an evening stroll with my dog sealed the deal at 5,882 steps total. Feeling energized and ready for tomorrow!
