Today was a balanced blend of work and wellness! I began with a refreshing morning hike in the nearby woods, racking up 1,800 steps amid the crisp fall leaves. At the office, I opted for stairs over elevators and paced during calls, adding 1,200 more. Lunch break involved a quick walk to a cafe for a healthy salad—that was another 800 steps. In the afternoon, I tidied up the garage and did some light yard work, pushing to 4,000. Ended with an evening neighborhood loop to unwind, hitting exactly 4,706 steps. Progress feels great!
