Today was a vibrant day full of motion! I began with a steady jog along the beach, feeling the waves crash nearby. Then, I biked to the local farmers' market, sampling fresh produce and chatting with vendors. Afternoon included a yoga session in the park, flowing through poses under the sun. Back home, I organized the attic and did some impromptu dancing while cooking dinner. Ended with a peaceful evening ramble through the woods, totaling 7,300 steps.
