Today was a typical Tuesday grind with some good movement! I started with a quick jog to the train station amid the morning commute hustle. At the office, I stayed active by taking stairs, pacing during breaks, and fetching prints. Lunch involved walking to a nearby cafe for a wrap. After work, I hit the gym for a light weight session and cardio. Back home, I cooked dinner while grooving to music and took a short evening stroll to unwind, totaling 6,155 steps. Solid day!
