I started with a brisk morning walk to the subway. Lunch involved heading out to a sandwich shop down the block. After hours, I stopped by the gym for a treadmill session and weights. Back home, I cooked a simple meal, tidied the kitchen, and took a relaxing evening stroll around the neighborhood. Totaling 6,274 steps.
