Today was a bustling Thursday! I started with a walk to the office, navigating the morning traffic. There, I handled projects while taking stairs and pacing during team huddles. Lunch involved heading out to a burger joint down the street. After work, I stopped by the gym for a solid treadmill run and some free weights. Back home, I prepped meals for the week and took a quick evening ramble to decompress. Totaling 6,853 steps. Onward!
