I spent the afternoon recharging myself by walking along the trail in the woods. It was a nice change from the heat and humidity back at the office. I needed the break. I’m hoping the weather will be nice enough to go for a hike later this week.
The benefits of walking: It’s my favorite way to relax, rejuvenate, and get in a good mood.
