This morning started with a long run. I left early this morning for office work. To be honest, my workload has increased tremendously now. But one thing is that I am trying to walk to places where I used to take rickshaws. This not only keeps my body fit, but also allows me to score quite well in walking through this app. And I can come up with a wonderful post for you about the score of that app. I came out on the road early in the morning and saw a local bus passing right by my site. Since I was trying to walk a short distance, I avoided that car and kept walking.
I've been feeling pretty good about walking lately. In fact, walking is very beneficial for the body. This exercise will help keep you healthy.
