Today as I try to get my sled into a routine of working out briefly in the morning I did more of the 30 Day lose belly fat challenge. This was day 2 and it actually feels great waking up doing these.
After that, as always I get my lunch ready and everything else for work.
Things I ate today included
- Potato soup ( Homemade Vegan 🤤)
- Protein bar (homemade vegan)
- some broccoli and celery
- Apple Banana and pear
Today at work I am in charge of cutting all the striping. The striping is what goes on the edge of the roof to give it a good seal.
You can see in this photo the cap only goes so far up the roof and the stripping will go above that like in this photo below.
Once that is all done it is time to start cleaning up a lot more of the garbage as tomorrow when we get more material this job is done and we head to a new location next week.
Also on the step count I was able to get above the 20k mark again. This is what I plan to try and get daily.
