Another rainy day today. It has cooled down but the grass still needs mowing. It’s been too rainy and it is going to be tough.
My daughter has hyper mobility syndrome and we went to physical therapy for that today. It’s interesting to learn about how that can cause problems and what to do to mitigate it. I’m pretty well versed in fitness so I had a lot of questions and learned some good stuff I can also apply in my mobility training.
We had a chamber orchestra concert tonight and both of my sons play in it. They amaze me. They sound professional. My eldest, also got the opportunity to play the drums in two of the songs which he really enjoyed.
