My stress level is quite high at this moment in thime, and this affects my sleep and my body mass. For the first time in my life, I reached 85 kilograms, and I need to start monitoring my weight.
I have to put long office hours, and it is difficult for me to find a motivation for doing some kind of sport. Yes, I'm going out for long walks, but I'm not sure how helpful this is...
