Hi everyone,
One of my major objectives for 2022 is to have a focus on the quality of life. I need to improve my body index, became physically more active, and to improve my sleep patterns.
Looking where I'm starting at the moment, I was unpleasant surprised in December to find myself at 84.5 kg, 30.8% body fat, with back pain, and a very unorganized sleep behavior.
