Hi everyone,
Last year I started to use Strava to track my cycling activity, but I had lost control of my time, and ended up focusing on wrong priorities.
Looking on the numbers from 2021 is nothing to be proud of it, but a good picture to decide for new targets for 2022.
My 2022 must be totally different than this, and I'm looking forward for the following desires:
- have a minimum of 150 active days with various sport activities
- spend a minimum of 200 hours on cycling
- get a minimum of 2000 kilometers on bicycle
- climb at least two peaks above 2000 meters in altitude.
- and to manage to run 5 kilometers under 30 minutes.
I know it will be hard, but I need to achieve this.
