Hello 🙋♂️, beautiful folks!
This is going to be my first actifit report, although I have seen many posts regarding these reports, but still, there are a lot of things to learn. Skipping the boring part, let's focus on what we are here for.
Normally, I start my day with a religious obligation. After this, I am used to go for a long walk plus run. It is my routine for almost three-years now, and I hope to continue this throughout my life. Or at least, this is what I plan for 🤭. Then, I will just follow my everyday routine: attending classes, job and reading. In the evening, I will walk towards the football ground or occasionally gym. As I find, football way more fun and healthy exercise than the gym. However, I won't be able to collect these steps of mine, because I don't have a specific watch, maybe in near future I will get one. Maybe! After this, I won't be doing any great physical activity, other than cooking food and eating it. That is it; that is my routine for the past three-years. Nothing special, nothing extraordinary, just a simple homo sapien, living a calm life.
I wanted to write more, but to be honest, I just want to get some sleep.
