Today started as simple day, ended up meaningful. I moved step by step, enjoying a mix of walk with a little hike; letting my body find its rhythm and my mind some calmness. No rush, no pressure, just usual progress. The fresh (not so fresh though) air, open paths and quiet surroundings created a peaceful flow.
Small efforts matter. A few more steps, a little climb and the body feels stronger while the mind feels clearer. Walking and hiking are more than movement; they are therapy. Slowly but surely, I move forward.
