Hello beautiful folks, hope you are living the best and active of your lives.
Today's count are the top best for me by far.
So, it was a pretty normal day. I started with the usual morning walk. Alas! I could not count my steps, because I forgot to turn on the app. By the time, I took my phone out to capture the sun rising spirit, I had already done half of my morning walk. No worries at all, the main purpose is to stay healthy and active. Along with the walk, I did three sets - one minute each - of jumping jack and 30 pushups. My goal is to reach 45 by the next week. Because, I can feel that my lower part is quite muscled up, but the upper part needs some tuning.
Here to the beautiful sun rise, with moon taking ready to get some rest.
Moreover, I had three classes today. It means, I had to travel department to department. So, I was able to walk a lot even in the noon time. The weather was pretty good, thanks to the clouds.
Moving forward, as we all know next two days are of weekend, so we decided to go for a short stream walk. And yes, I did not want to go for it. I was already tired with long day hustles and clouds had already disappeared. But my friends got me well. So, I just went for it. And that is the reason, I was able to achieve today's goal.
After that click, we just went our ways. I came back to my flat, took this beautiful sunset click, and slept for two strong hours. I must say sleep after some strong physical activity is the bestest.
Finally, it is time for our futsol match. So yeah, more steps ahead. But I will not able to count these steps, because I cannot carry my phone with me while playing.
