A swim while R played with a friend, and Jon and J rode bike.
Afternoon and evening filled with a lot of loneliness because apparently communication isn't important during family time on weekends, and I'm apparently not supposed to share my feelings or needs. Or have any needs at all, for that matter. Fat lot of good therapy does if I'm not supposed to ask for anything. Sure is expensive if that's the result... WTF.
