It was a beautiful day, fresh and sunny in the morning, warm and hazy in the evening. I woke early, still disrupted by the previous day, needing lots of fluid. Mr P was here, keeping an eye on me, and we tracked down and bought tickets to see Burning Spear on Sunday.
Later, after a fine late breakfast, I went for a walk in the Garden, it was beautiful, dreamy in the late summer afternoon, cool under the great trees. I planned to walk to the shops afterwards to get my steps in.
We had a lot of fashion talk, trying to find three words to describe my style: not chic, classic, elegant! We have urban, easygoing, Mr P wants cool, maybe. Maybe jazz cool, I could go with that.

I decided to use the barbecue when I got home. Just vegetables I had in the house, with a Greek salad. Very messy, but delicious and curiously satisfying to eat food cooked on an open fire.
Even those charred sweetcorn were tasty!
