Just a walk/run on the treadmill today. I’m training for a Half Marathon at the end of May. That’s 13.1 miles for those who don’t know. I believe it is my 4th Half Marathon. I have run many others but this one is special. I have been out of the run game for three years while weight training for competition. Now I’m back and it’s a long road. But we’ll worth it for my long term health. 🤙🏾
