My Actifit Report Card: November 22 2025

Today was Saturday and it was November 22nd. My daughter and my son had a very high fever at night due to which both of them could not sleep and I could not sleep either. Due to the high fever, my son used to vomit even when he drank water, so he could not drink water.

There was no doctor in the village at night, so we had a hard time spending the night and at seven in the morning we reached the doctor. The doctor's clinic was also closed. I would take the children to his house because they were unwell

A mother cannot see her children in such a state, so I was in a lot of pain seeing the children. The doctor gave the children two injections a few days ago, due to which the children's condition started to improve. The doctor also gave me some syrup so that I could go home and give it to the children and their condition would improve further.

My daughter's cough would not stop, the cough would not stop even with medicine, it would reduce but it would not stop completely. I had taken pictures of the medicines that the doctor gave us.
