Wow... what a day
Crazy but fun
3 live lessons which were great and a meeting (which was a little boring)
And that was just work...
Away from work I managed a CX session and my live body combat class 💪
Didn't actually manage a walk today (or leave the house for that matter) ... but I managed my steps because the workouts in my live lessons have been walking fitness 😁
So cheesy but such a good laugh 🤣
