What do you do the day before Christmas? Start the day with walking the dog? Nope. Go to church with wife and son.
The church is all decked out for Christmas and here is proof that I was there.
The church can hold 3,000 people and it is pretty full even we got there 15 minutes early.
There are even FIVE services today so it will be a lot of people going to the church today.
Music and message...and the pastor can't go on too long because there is another service starting only 20 minutes after the first one :) Side note: there were Christmas presents for everyone who attended Hot chocolate packages
They look like this
Now once I go home my dog is all ready to go for his morning walk.
)
Well, maybe he doesn't look entirely ready to go for his walk but he still gets into it soon enough.
Grey and a little rainy so not a great day to go walking as evidenced by a reluctant dog for the evening walk as well. However, I don't have a picture of that because I was getting ready for guests to come for Christmas Eve dinner.
Now replied to my last post where I mentioned that my wife was mad at me for getting a "defective" Turkey that was too small. Here is the Turkey
I don't think it is defective and everyone seemed to enjoy it.
There was also a brisket
Which everyone also seemed to enjoy.
And finally there was the picture of all the food.
Which was enjoyed by 10 adults and 3 children. Everyone had a great time eating, chatting, and especially enjoying the Meta 3 VR headset that my son bought for Christmas.
Except our friend Nahideh. She didn't want to get make-up on the device (sigh) ...I guess one of the drawbacks to looking beautiful.
Overall though,
Great Christmas Eve.
Next up:
Christmas Day tomorrow
Thanks for dropping by.
