A slightly less active Tuesday for me than usual. Because it was stiltwalking day with my circus skills group, I drove to school instead of walking. I still managed to clock up plenty of steps during the session as I guided and supported the trainees.
In the evening, it was running group. I started the session with a gentle warmup around the wetlands where it’s nice and flat, before taking the group up and over ballyard hill.
From the top, it was jog down the gently sloped side before commencing repeated acceleration runs. It’s tough going, but very satisfying to complete each run.
After cycling home, it was time for a short conditioning circuit of loaded squats,
Deadlifts, bent over row, and push-ups.
After I finally parked my rear end on the couch, I showed herself this graph when she asked how the running group went ..
She took one look and replied “Hill sprints? You’re an evil bastard!😂” It’s only funny because it’s true 😉
Then it was time to continue our binge of ‘Picard’. We’ve just started season 3, so no spoilers please!
