My Actifit Report Card: May 6th 2026

Very little activity today, except for clapping my hands a LOT.
After a 2 hour drive, I was an audience member for the filming of a TV game show, which means I spent almost the entire day sitting down. It was interesting to get to see behind the scenes of a game show, but by the time that wrapped for today I was so stiff it took a few seconds for me the stand up straight!
Thankfully I’m off tomorrow, so I’ll have time over some quality steps done👍
