Today I picked up my girlfriend and, for the first time since she herself demanded for daily walks after work -about three months ago- and ended up at Southall. Alba was awed at the sights and feeling of being in a different country just minutes away from home. We took the train back home -one of those modern, clean, fast trains with front, side and back facing seats- but it skipped the stop I had in mind yet it was so fast I had no problem ending up at Ealing Broadway. We walked a bit more, took E1 and walked a bit more and here we are, watching Dave on the telly. I feel like a proper british (read it as "bri'ish") 🤷🏻♂️
