It's easy to think about Hive when the value of the cryptocurrency is high. What's hard is to think about it even if its value is low. This is something that has been going on in my head lately as I see a decline in my posting activity. I have a collection of 4 drafts in my peakD account but I find it hard to understand why I can't finish them. It could be procrastination, perfectionism, or plain old overthinking. Feel free to take a pick.
What keeps me going though, is posting my actifit progress and perhaps 's immortal words that went a bit like this "I didn't leave when the cryptocurrency's value was low. I don't care if I'm only earning cents. As long as I believe that Hive works and I am aligned with its values, I will stay." It never fails to inspire me.
Waking up early hasn't been a problem for me. I changed into my active wear and wore my Fitbit to accurately track my steps. I love how my walks always keeps me grounded in the real world and today was no exception. I just listened to the sounds of the vehicles moving to their respective destinations and looked at the people moving on about their work.
Stopping by to pray in the church across this establishment, I made it a point to be in the moment and letting the thoughts in my head flow and be aligned in prayer. You know how old priests and people pray? Like incantations they have memorized but I feel could use a bit of tweaking in tonality to make them more expressive. Nevertheless, the devotion is there and I think God doesn't judge prayers according to how good they sound. It's just me 😆.
Seeing people doing anything active makes me happy. There's something about sharing the benefits of exercise with the people around you that you don't get anywhere. You create an instant connection when you talk about body pains, hitting personal goals and post-exercise glow!
Hahay, humans. Why ruin mother nature with our trash? It sucks to be a part of the human race sometimes. I just wish that more people understood how much damage we are inflicting on our planet. It's just sad that people don't take responsibility for their actions 😔. Don't you think we're the worst, little pup?
