Mondays can set the tone for the week, I tried to start mine of right with a morning bike ride and a short meditation session and spending some time with my cat before work.
It was a beautiful day, I had to spend a good amount of time on the road. It was just me so I was on the motorcycle which was just fine.
Today is my eighth consecutive day of the #IAmAliveChallenge and reporting on my Actifit activity. I am happy to report I am #AliveAndThriving. This is a collage of pictures from my day.
In yesterday's post, I set some ambitious goals for myself this week. Today is the second day in a row I did not meet my objective to spend 20 minutes learning. I promising myself for years to learn a language. It's time to get to it. I also need to make more time for reading books. I spend a good amount of time reading articles and content online, but I want to spend more time reading books, the paper kind.

I didn't reach all my goals today, but that's ok. It was a really busy day and I feel pretty good about what I did get done. And there is always tomorrow.
