Hey Actifit frens! Hey everybody I have a sinus infection and an ear infection. So not a lot of fun to be me right now, did not get a high intensity workout in today. However I did manage to get over 13,000 steps because my life is just that crazy. Even when I’m completely sick I still have to take care of shit. Anyways hope y’all had a wonderful day, and happy early Easter.
