Hey Actifit Frens! had a very busy day today and got in over 12,000 steps by being extremely active! At lunch today I took my big giant fat puppy for a nice long walk. Then after work today a got onto the elliptical and did a almost 30 minute elliptical. That was mostly uphill and very difficult. Now I am chilling and writing this actifit report and I hope you all had a wonderful night as well!
