Hey Actifit Frens! Happy Fourth of July everybody out there. Hope you had a very active and extremely busy day today. I knocked out over 11,000 steps on the day but that’s nowhere near the amount that I actually did because my phone was sitting on the dash of the boat and I spent most of the day in my swimsuit, swimming and in the water without my phone in my pocket so most of the steps were missed anyways, and I didn’t have my Apple Watch on me so anyways very active day and an awesome Fourth of July with my family, peace, and enjoy the daily meme
