Hey Actifit frens! Had a extremely epic day today, but did not get many steps in even though I did a high intensity workout on the elliptical. I had to drive for hours back-and-forth from Boston today, so I was stuck in the car for way longer than I wanted to hope y’all had a busy and productive day out there, and I hope you enjoy the daily meme
